My stay at Caption By Hyatt Downtown Nashville was pretty mixed. While I appreciated the great location and friendly staff, the room was smaller and darker than expected, which was a bit disappointing. I also encountered some issues with housekeeping and the valet service prices, but overall, the experience had its highlights.
